Logging In: Your Benelogic User ID is always your last name, followed by the last 4 digits of your SSN (no spaces). Example: smith1234

Your password at start of Open Enrollment is defaulted to the last 4 digits of your SSN only, and you will be asked to change it when logging in for the first time. Keep your password in a safe place for future reference. (You may contact Benefits if you need to have your password reset.)
