This plan will offer:

• Your choice of two waiting periods

• Partial salary replacement (up to 67%) for three months

• Guaranteed issue for policies with a benefit up to $3,000 per month

• Coverage benefit levels available from $300 - $6,000 per month in $100 increments

In addition to scheduled informational meetings at all school locations, employees may contact the Enrollment Call Center to speak with a counselor to learn more about this plan or to enroll.
